Small, long regular screwdriver and skinny, long pair of needle-nose pliers. Just make sure that the switches you mess with need adjustment. Sometimes if you think there are a lot of switches that need adjustment you're either reading the schematic wrong or there's another problem. Unless someone else got in there and tried to "fix" it, you should only be looking at a few that need adjustment -- like 2 or 3 max.
Also, if you're looking at the switch bank with it flipped up then it will appear that many aren't making contact with the reset bar, but it's deceiving.
I've been through the same thing and luckily I figured out some of the problems before I started changing switches that I thought were wrong.
