Got some Wico replacement leafs from Bob Roberts for my Wico joysticks. After bending the hell out of 2 of them with a needle nose pliers, I'm still not satisfied with how they perform (playing Robotron). Granted, this is my first attempt to adjusting leaf switches.

Saw this tool and looks like it would work a lot better than a needle nose. I see Bob has one too but it's sold out.

What does everyone else do?

I do like the feel of leafs once they are adjusted right and since I have other leaf switches, this seems like a decent tool to have around.

If anyone has time, can you post a picture of an "ideal" leaf setting on a joystick as a visual?

Thanks in advance.

Ok, did a little more searching and looks like I'm missing the plastic piece between the actuator and the leaf. Hence why I'm bending the hell out of the leafs. Did search for these and nothing came up. Are these called guard actuators?

If so, where can I get some?

Thanks again.

The tool at pinball life is great. I talked to Bob about his, and he will not be getting them again.
