I can't find the manual online . I wanna turn Defender on and have it start up in the game and not in the adjust settings menu . How do I do that and also put it into freeplay ?

Thanks guys , all I could find was the Theory Of Operation manual . Alright I'll check the batteries , I thought they were good maybe not . If the CMOS RAM is bad will it tell me on start up or do I have to run a test ?

There is a CMOS test ... check the pdf I'm pretty sure it is in there. There are a few ways this could give you failures.

1. Switching power supply... will cause CMOS glitches during power up
2. Bad batteries.
3. Bad CMOS.
4. Bad chip select logic.

So I replaced the batteries with new ones and it worked . Then I turned it off came back later and it booted back up into the game adjustment menu . After a few more times of turning the game off and on and giving the cab a little shake to see if the battery connection was bad I got it to boot up in the game mode only one more time .

I ran the CMOS RAM test and it says its fine .

The battery holders didn't look corroded but maybe they are . They have a real firm grip on the batteries .

I'm also using a switcher supply , I know you guys mentioned that can cause it too .
