I found an old NOS cpo for my ms pac project
Corners are peeling slightly but not ruined and some of the adheshive is gone around the edges
What is the best way and what should I use to fix the edges and re-sticky the cpo?

I don't know if this would work but I have used 3m spray adhesive several times for stuff similar to this. Is this the cpo that was on ebay by Johnny I forgot about his other auctions if it was great guy.

Yes just won it on ebay
I have been looking in the parts wanted thread for a while with no bites, lucky I seen it just before it ended.

my only concern is that the adhesive backing is pulled away on the corners and I don't want to screw up the art by using something that may melt or damage the art.

Maybe someone like RikiTiki or Brian Jones will chime in but I'd think 3M Super 77 would work great. However, I'm not 100% sure how you'd line it up because you need to work fast and get it right the first time.

Maybe line it up, tape it in place, hing it back (with tape) then lay newspapper down over the control panel (and everything around it because Super 77 gets everwhere if you let it), peal back the old adhesive cover, spray... Then carefully remove the Newspapper and carefully apply the CPO.

Not sure if he still offers the service/item but Brian (prOk) used to sell the adhesive for just this. Pretty sure he used to offer to apply it for you if you sent him the item.
