Adding additional fire button to the jamma harness (not jamma+)
Sorry for asking such a newbie question, english isnt my first language, but I'll try make it clear.
I bought this atomiswave board along with the game Fist of the North Star, which requires 5 buttons on each player. I got the cab for cheap, but the wiring inside is pretty ghetto.. Anyhow its all functional, except obviously that now, I need to add 2 buttons for each player.
From what I understand, the ground loop wiring goes from a joystick direction (up, down, etc), to the other, and then to each button's ground pin, all daisy chained like that.
There is a wire that will go from each of fire4/5/6 slots on jamma connector and then to the positive pin on the button
But can i just daily chain the ground from the other buttons? Is there a way to easily pull out the black wires from the pink connectors without destroying them?
Is there an order i must respect? Do i have to continue the ground loop wiring from button3 into button4, then button5, and then into whatever the original place button3 was original wired to
Sorry to ask such basic questions, I'm just trying to learn.
edit: when i say pink connectors, i mean the 'Quick Disconnect Terminal'
