Adding a 2nd "disguise" game to MK2 cabinet

So I ended up picking up another MK cabinet. This one is a nice dedicated MK2. Last time I had one I was single and had no kids, now I have kids and of particular concern is my 2 year old son who goes crazy for the game. As of late I've been keeping it off when he's around and telling him it's broken. I'd like to throw a disguise game in with a multi-jamma adapter to just flip a switch or use the remote and go between a kid friendly game like NBA Jam or even Blitz but I'm not sure if the buttons will map out okay and I don't want to hack the harness up. Heck I'd even put in a 60 in 1 board if they weren't for vertical mounted! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah the adapter isn't so much the concern too me (although that one seem pretty pricey!) but it's more what's a good natural fit for an MK/MK2 cab with the native buttons on the game. Thanks though!
