i can buy one that has damage in front where someone pried open the front door. door has been replaced but the wood damage is still present, about the size of a quarter on each side of the front door. playfield has no wear except a little around the chair and is dirty and needs new rubbers. upper flipper wont work, sides and backglass are great shape, everything else works and it has the topper. i think i can get it for around a thousand dollars and thought id ask what i should ask for it when i try to re-sell it?

Well your lucky if you can get it for a grand. If you want to double that money in 1 day let me know. It's my grail. Good luck with the buy.

Well, I sold my original one that I bought in 1998 for $3800. It was 9.5/10 condition. I recently bought another one that's 9/10 condition and paid $4400. I'd say if you can get it for $1000, it's a steal. If you can restore it to fully working order, and the cab's in good shape, I'd say you could easily make some money.

TAF is always going to fetch a handsome price because it's the #1 pin of all time. There are a few close seconds like Twilight Zone and Creature From The Black Lagoon that are pretty pricey as well.

I am unemployed and don't have $1000. But I live in the same area and would already have this if had been listed anywhere I could find it.

Go get it.

to be honest because im going to make 1k in 1 day and do nothing but bring it to my house which is 5 miles away. ed

TBH, I don't blame you, I am doing the same thing. You can only ask the wife for money to buy games so many times before she starts getting upset, and it's a good way to have some play money with minimal hassle... lol

$1K for an Addams in any condition is a deal. And if the playfield is in good shape, then you're going to come out very far ahead on this one.

I'm starting to get concerned about this Adams Family getting into the wrong hands. Do we need to put Missing posters up for this Pinball machine?

If you have to ask, you dont need to know.

Games over rated but there are always tons of people with more money than brains...

I loved the game before finding out the "over rated" factor. Was the #1 pin of my youth. Teen job at a pizza restaurant had Adams Family, Funhouse, and Guns N Roses in rotation.
