Hello Arcade Forum,
I've never posted before, I'm not a gamer.... but my connection is that I've been ripped off by Adam Judd. I thought I'd share a bit of my story. I knew him as Adam 'Starr' back in 2005. We were friends. Since we lived in different cities, most of our friendship was by email and over the phone. He would always go on and on about his big time business deals, what a great entrepreneur he was and how he closed his next million dollar deal tho sounding pretty humble throughout the years. And for those of you who have chatted with Adam/Dave over the phone, you know he has the friendliest voice on the planet and the calmest demeanor. What I didn't know, I was being set up; groomed. Trust and friendship was built over 4 years before Adam went in for the steal. One day he called and said 'I've got a great idea for you'. And of course I was going to listen to my very wealthy business friend. And of course I thought I was the luckiest girl in the world to have a friend want to help me. The only thing this helped me do was empty my savings and waste so many hours of my life.
I said yes to this 'opportunity' and a year later when the investment was supposed to pay out that's when Adam started to scramble and stall. And that's when I hired a private investigator to find out who he really was. I was beyond shocked to learn that my 'friend' lied to me about who he was and everything about his life. This meant, all the paperwork I had from him was null and void because it didn't have his real name on it. (and him having a wife and kids, something he never mentioned) To keep this post semi-brief, because I could go on and on at this point of the story... I will cut to all the recent activity that started when Errol posted last week.
I contacted Errol in July, public record search Mihalik vs Judd. I wanted to know his story.
I also shared my story. Errol has known Adam for over 20 years, friends from their first job at Disneyland and have done some business deals together... of course all going badly. Errol giving money and Adam coming up with some reason why the project failed.
I know Errol's posts were erratic... he was fired up after talking to me and I led him to the forum to see what else Adam was up to. He just decided it was time to stir the pot.
Adam told me he was the 'owner' of this new business Ram Controls around 2010. It was only after I didn't get my money back that I started to peek at the forum.
So, I'm here to tell you, Adam's waters run very deep. Way pass Arcade rip off. He has his hands in many pots... and I'm sure they are all dirty.
Oh, and I have written emails from Adam from last July telling me that 'David Adams' is a play on his real name Adam David Judd. Once I started to read the forums and could 'feel' his same writing style, I asked 'are you David Adams'... and that was his reply to me.
Kudos to Jim Bloomquist for coming clean on his real name. You saved me an extra line here in this post.
That's all I can share at this time. I hope this can help you see a little more of the puzzle about your arcade guy.
