Hi - Fixing up my Tron and it needs a new AC cord (please see my Tron resto thread). Once before on a Paperboy i reversed black / white and blew out a fuse on my main line...
so want to avoid that - here are pics:

First pic - as you can make out - I wired Green to green (soldered with shrink tube), the white to a wire i marked with blue tape and black to black.

My trouble is i didnt know which is white or black on the cab. Hopefully i got it right -
Is white the one going to the AC line filer and black the one going to the Fuse holder (black wires - one to the AC with green attached and the other to the fuse).

Please tell me i have this correctly or i need to do it all over!

Also, on speaker wire - if i hook these up wrong way - i wont hurt anything will i? i have two sets (left and right), each with a green wire and a white wire with stripe. I am assuming the white wire is Positive.

Thanks all.

correct white to the line filter, black to the fuse.

as for the speakers you should be fine if it's wrong you can just swap them but i don't think there will be an issue. if you mix them up they will sound funny and will be canceling out certain frequencies. (as long as both speakers have the same color on both positive and same with negatives you'll be fine).
