if they used AC/DC. they could use in regaurds to the albums for those about to rock use cannons on the playfield . album high voltage like some type of take off from like the wierd science machine or maybe a electric chair on the playing field.shoot ramps to the high way to hell .they could have angus on a stand where he move about a stage similar to the rolling stone pin. bells some where that chines and than the music would come in that playes hells bells.

Yeah, this could be trouble for me. I am dying to add another pin now (i have my keepers and for the first time cant free up space - darn it!). A well done AC/DC will be a threat.

And i am not a fan of them, but the music and pinball go so well together, with the right designer they can put the player in some out of this world groove. Exciting stuff.

In a way I'm hoping that AC/DC isn't going to be released. If it is, I have some serious thinking to do. Space, money, what to get rid of, should I do it....

Of course you should, just move out the couch or something else in the way and make room for it!

I'm pretty sure that if I need the room I can get it. As you know, I have six pins. And I have basically been given the green light to have eight. So I have two slots to play with and I need to carefully plan what will go in them. If AC/DC comes out, there may be some rearranging going on.

I have the same dilemma--I don't really have room for another pin, but AC/DC would force some drastic measures. I certainly don't want to sell any of my current pins so I'll have to get creative...!

The dynamic here is strange.

The Rolling Stones... arguably a better band than AC/DC... and the theme gets panned. AC/DC? AWE YEA!

Me? I think, muck like The Rolling Stones, AC/DC is a tired theme if you're looking to ACQUIRE NEW PLAYERS. Sure... its' great for the established players (ahem... old farts for the most part) but how is that helping to "save pinball"?

I tried this argument when SW was getting thrown around lol. Didn't seem to make it far. I pretty much agree but would still rather see AC/DC than say Justin Bieber on a pinball lmao

Need a bieber head ala Rudy to fire balls at lol

Could be someones insane Funhouse retheme.

I myself would love to see an ac/dc pin. It would be awesome to have one next to my GnR pin. Music theme collectors are few and far between though.

While I believe an AC/DC themed pin could be cool, a old school Metallica theme would be more appropriate, IMO.

How sweet would it be to have something like this on the backglass!

No worries. You saw what an 'awesome' job they did with the Stones, right? It'll be another cookie-cutter effort to shove out the door, undoubtedly. 4-5 ramps/lanes with 3-4 inserts each, complete the inserts to start modes. Blah. ANd some 'cool' musical instruments glued to the plastics.

Be sure to leave a slot open this spring, when WOZ comes out, just in case. ;)

An AC/DC pin has already been done....
...albeit on a VERY limited run .... like 1 !

A guy I know built an AC/DC pin from scratch, entirely !

It's the most amazing custom job I've ever seen.

He didn't simply re-art an existing PF,
he built an entire PF from scratch (ramps, bumpers and all ).
Same with the Backglass.

But where it gets REALLY amazing is that he did his own DMD animation
AND soundtrack. ...And rule set !

He basically single-handedly did what Stern does with a team of engineers.

Unquestionably to most incredible custom pin I've ever seen.

Here's the full story... (it's a long read, but very interesting...)

Wasn't "quite" a 100% original build.
PF was formerly a Space Shuttle
