So I bought this empty Robotron cab and a roll of black t-molding off a buddy for the package price of $20.00 (he was going to MAME it, but luckly was too lazy) I was all excited and started ordering the *everything* it was missing!

A week later I stumbled on an empty Joust cab and snatched it and a completely rebuilt G07 for the package price of $50.00 It need almost everything as well, but at least it has both coin doors! So now I get to buy all the expensive shit this one needs as well!

I decided to do it up right and stencil both these cabs and keep them with the rest of my favorites. I had wanted a Defender for a long time, and never found one nearby. Wouldn't you know it, as soon as I was fully comitted to these two projects, a beautiful defender pops up locally for a decent price. After much thought, I decided the two projects would bring me more joy than the ready to go Defender, so here I go!

Today I started sanding down the worse side of the Robotron cab, and funny enough, there was Joust art hidden under there! I had to apply a couple huge slab of bondo to the spots where the plywood had torn away, and by the end of the afternoon I got that side looking pretty slick! Tomorrow I'll sand and putty the nicer side and maybe get some primer on it.

I'll do a proper resto thread on it later, for now, I just wanted to share these 2 pics...
