A strange thing happened when I started looking for Moon Patrol Parts - OMGWTFBBQ!

So, I started putting out feelers for parts for my Phet inspired Moon Patrol restore and I ended up getting all the parts in one swoop and in a minty 100% all original working cab. The math just worked. :)

Go figure. <SMILEY FACE>

Man, you do like those Nintendo games. Nice quiver of games you have there. And the MP does look sweet. After seeing Phet's restore and now your new machine, I am definitely feeling like I need to add this to the gameroom at some time. Always wanted one, but have not found the right opportunity to get one. Time to work some trades as I am totally out of space in my gameroom, garage, and neighbor's garage!

Damn, that's nice! Looks great amongst the Nintys. (Wow, did I really just type that?) Was that cab restored at some point, or is it all original?

Looks great, very nice addition to your already awesome game room. Better make a new video so my kids will stop bugging me on when Blkdog is making a new one!! ha

It's all 100% original. Only thing non-original is a switcher on the bottom with the Arcadeshop adapter.

You have an insanely nice arcade John. It really has grown into something cool to a really awesome thing. Congrats on the pickup and the awesome arcade.

So, this cabinet has a switcher installed with the arcadeshop adapter.

Do I need to run 5v to the coin door?? Cause I got no lights.

That has to be THE minty freshest arcade machine I have ever seen, factory shots included. Your arcade is truly to die for!

should be positive, not negative voltage. looking at the moon patrol scat, it's 6.3vac.

I know I used -5 for the coin doors on my Multi-Williams. Someone recommended that cause it will not draw current away from the PCB.
