I made a trip to kansas city to pick up someone from the airport. I left early to allow a few hours to check out some of the game places up there. I was close to palmentere games so I stopped in to see what they had, boy was this a mistake. The first game I saw was an environmental cruisin usa that I had been wanting for a while. The monitor had a loose connection and the motion didn't work, but they were willing to sell it as is. Long story short, I go back in 2 weeks to pick it up.

Sweet, I'm gonna have to come over and chect it out sometime.

I ended up buying an unplanned game this week too, although it's going somewhere else when I finish it. Back towards KCK acually, what irony.

I guess it was my lucky day. They told me that they are holding an auction at their place may 8th and that they were kinda shut down preparing for it. I told them I lived 3 hours away and had bought from them before, they then decided to let me look at what they had. The cruisin usa was the first game I came to and they agreed to sell it as is. They had a 3 monitor version F-15 strike eagle that would have been nice to have as well, but would take up a lot more room than what I have and is a back breaker trying to move.

My local arcade had an environmental Crusin for sale at $250 for months and months - you might have been the guy that asked me about it. Someone finally bought it though. One of my local gameroom friends was going to buy it and was there with a truck on a Sunday. They couldn't get ahold of corporate though, so they couldn't sell it. Tilt arcade has a real effed up selling system. I bought my Pirates Pin from them.

I was the one that asked you about it, but couldn't work things out on my end to make it happen. Luckily, this one was the same price and I will only use one tank of fuel with my truck and trailer to get it. Unfortunately, I was in my car, so it will be a couple of weeks before I can make it back to get it. The next to weeks will drive me nuts waiting.

Must have been confused when he said next weekend. Most of the stuff I saw was fairly new, but I did see a funhouse pinball in a back room. It was marked sold, but was very dirty and looked like it had been sitting for a while.

Slight change in plans, looks like 2 weeks is turning into a trip to the city tomorrow. Hopefully, it won't take much work to load and unload this thing.

Just thought I would palmentere is good people. Have dealt with them before.

Mostly alotta as is stuff.

Just got back with it. Palmentere's warehouse was completely full for tomorrow's auction. A lot of redemption type machines, but there were a few cruisin exoticas, hydro thunders, big buck hunter pro and a few pinballs as well. It would be interesting to see what some of these go for, anyone plan on going to their auction?
