I'd use it as a template to make a fresh cab, then transfer over everything that is salvagable.
I have thought about doing that.
I am not aware of any repro side art, though.

Just think how easy it would be to work on since the coin door panel comes right off!!
To boot no over heating with the nice vent hole at the top!![]()
Some pics.
too bad texas and ohio are so far apart. I make a really nice birch replacement cab!
the caster's look salvagable, lol but seriously is any of the electronics any good?
I thought about a repro cabinet as well. I already have a nice SD. Think this cabinet will be an organ donor. I have not stripped it yet. Maybe tomorrow as it is in my way.![]()

What were they asking for it?
They were asking $150.00. They got less.
Heck the monitor was worth that.
Finally stripped. It was like the cabinet had dandruff-anytime I bumped the cab the particle board shed from the water damage. It was worse than it looked. Some good parts I think. Noticed the neck board has a rectangular resistor (white, chalky material- I forget ) that looked eroded from rain exposure - had an indention on the horizontal surface. Anyone know a good source for replacements?
Next stop for the shell is the shoot and burn area.![]()
There is a really good selection of those resistors at Fry's. Should be able to get the right one there.
