A question for Sega Star Trek SOS "Captain's Chair" Cockpit owners

Does any one own or have seen a version of the Sega Star Trek SOS "Captain's Chair" Cockpit arcade that look like the pictures in the flyer? Specific details that vary from commonly seen ST cockpits seen are:

1. The large art work decal on the top of the monitor cab.

2. Coin box access is beneath a floor door underneath the coin door; accessed from the monitor screen side of cab; as opposed from accessing the coin box door from the back of the monitor side.

3. Coin box has key 2 push locks that have to be released first to access the floor coin box door. These holes can be seen on the flyer cover.

4. The poster art work that is behind the captain's chair is a different sized art work from ST cockpits commonly seen. This can be seen on the flyer cover.

5. One of the pics (bottom right on back of flyer) shows a black spinner plate.

Wile I have never seen one in person I do have a picture that shows one with the coin door floor panel open. I found the picture on the web provably 10 years ago wile searching for a picture of the coin box which mine was missing. My cockpit has the rear coin door and box. When I first seen this picture I thought someone had modified the cockpit and did not know it might be factory made. It's a metal panel henged at the top and you can see where the locks go. Looks like a factory made setup to me. Maybe they are prototypes, I don't know but one or two do or did exist because here's the pictures. The other one is from an Ebay add and it appears to have the front coin door but the regular small graphic on the back of the seat.

I have one with the access door in the rear (back of monitor).

My buddy Chip (that80sGuy) has one with the access door below the coin box.

We could probably dig up some serial numbers if you'd like.
