A Mansion = Plenty of room for games

Yeah you would have to replace the roof, and board up all the windows and doors just to start. It would make an awesome B&B. Host weddings, etc. I would think the restoration would be worth it. Imagine what it would take to build a mansion of that size in today's money. And it wouldn't have any of that old world charm.

Beyond the roof, I would be worried about structural issues in the basement (just going off your pics).

wow...the trees growing on the roof have really grown well between the current and prior pics you posted. Pretty amazing...usually trees and stuff like that will die off due to heat before they grow out like that.

Yeah the place has been through a lot - its out in the middle of nowhere. Its on a beautiful piece of property with a waterfall etc.
Just looking at the size of the place - I can only imagine the arcade that I could have haha
A basement plus 3 floors!! I could keep a PP cockpit and other BIGGER games

thanks for sharing, too bad history like this is left to rot away...the unfortunate thing is that it may be beyond bringing back. Sad how we as a species don't realize what we have until it is too late.

a huge portion of restoration is the demolition of all the old walls, plumbing, electrical, etc etc.

Since it's already been gutted and has steel I-beams, I think it would have to be cheaper to restore it than to build new. That's a really seriously awesome shell.
