Hello I am not sure if this is the place to ask this but I was not sure. So I am sorry if this is in the wrong area anyways to why I am posting.

I am about to make a deal with a guy for some trade and some money. I am new to the buying arcade units but I been looking to get a few. I have a few macs thats I was looking to get rid of. Nothing special just some G3's the guy seen my post and sent me a email. This is what he has (pictures below).

Combattribes - The cab is in good shape. It works from start to finish. The cab was originally a game called gauntlet. Its been converted in a good way. Graphics are a little light.

Champion Baseball - The cab is a little rough in two spots but graphics are good. Game works as well

2 Capcom Bowling Machines - The boards work on other machines but i cant get it to work in there cabinets.

Also a few boards that dont work. A bunch of buttons and what not. Also have the peices that go around the monitors of the bowling games.

He wants the 4 Imacs I have and 170 but he will be delivering them to me from 2 hours away. About 113 miles. Is this a good deal or Should I stay away let me know.

Do the Imac's work? I don't know that I would trade one working Imac for all of that, let alone any cash...

The Imac g3s work there worth about 30 to 50 each Ill say at the most 150 for all 4

Here is the other pics

If that is all they are worth and the games interest you, then go for it. Just remember four games that you know nothing about and may not like take up a lot of room, which may limit how many games you can get into your particular allowable space, thus taking up space for games that you may actually want in the future.

Two Capcom bowlings is excessive, and not a great game to allow space for one of, let alone two IMO.

those are all converted games. TO a newb(we all once were) conversions dont matter, its the fun of tinkering and learning about these things.

If figure a fair value of $50-75 per game. THey all look pretty rough, and are much less desirable than an original, complete, dedicated machine is. PLus those titles arent very sought after..

but hey to each his own. You can tinker with those, learn about arcade games in the process, gat some games in, and if you do something dumb and ruin something, hey theyre were cheapies to begin with.

Also parts is parts, working monitors are worth at least $50, working game boards $15 and up, etc so its not all bad.

Regardless of what we think, if you want to go for it, go for it. My first arcade game was a converted gorf to mr do. I had no clue why my universal branded game was in a midway cabinet.... untill i visited this site man. Ive come a long way, but i will never forgrt my first game, turd or not. I learned alot from that machine.

I was thinking the two that dont work and if i could not get them working i would gut and turn in to a mame or some other kind of arcade. I was more in to the cabinets then really the games.

If you are more into the cabs,I would suggest that you just wait until a versatile empty cabinet you really like comes along and turn it into a mame cab.

the championship baseball in the dedicated cab is nice find. Probably worth $100-$200

Capcom bowlings look to be in decent cabs. Its a jamma game. so it will be useful to convert into something else(60 in 1). I would say $50-$75 each not working 2x that if they are working.

combatribes in gauntlet... Don't know what to say. I would pass on it.. $50 if working..

I would think straight trade for the computers. Maybe give him $100 since he is delivering..

Looks like a pretty decent swap. However, it appears that someone has been playing Swaparoo with the Capcom Bowling monitors. The much taller cabinet looks like a Centipede originally but the monitor has screen burn from Q*bert, which is what the other Capcom Bowling cabinet used to be.
