Would that Bad Dudes marquee fit in the 25" cabinet version? I have a BD cabinet that was converted to a MK1, and would like to convert it back some day. I think that hard part will be finding a 25" cabinet CP overlay too.

Thanks! I know the marquee is curved on the 19" version, is it flexible?

You trying to say they made a dedicated Bad Dudes in a cabinet with a 25" monitor installed?

I have one so yes. It is obvious because the cabinet is unpainted, with the grey vinyl on the sides, has an unfaded circle where the Data East logo was on the side, and has a Bad Dudes control panel under the sheet metal.

If you look at the photo carefully you can see the fade where the Data East Logo was, see here in the 19" version what the logo should look like:

Do the cabinet have a tag or sticker? I would have never though Bad Dudes came in a dedicated 25" cabinet.

There was some tag on the cabinet, but only the staples remain. The only way that this is not genuine would be if an operator bought an unfinished (bare wood) cabinet and got a conversion kit (if they made it) that came with grey vinyl, control panel overlay that fits the wider cabinet, and side art. I highly doubt it. It might be possible that Data East used a cabinet for another game and applied all the Bad Dudes art.
