Can someone with a nice looking Wizard of Wor control panel please take a good clear pic of it from straight on? I want to Photoshop it and turn it into a decal. I had a pic that I practiced on, and it came out nice, but it was the mini version. I would sure appreciate if someone could do this for me...

Sorry, I actually meant to say the artwork on the FRONT of the CP.

Yeah that art tends to get worn off, real shame too. Is it a sticker or was it stenciled on?

I'm not sure how helpful this will be but here you go. I can email the file to you if you'd like.

Sounds very cool. I actually have a mini that has some paint coming off the front part of the CP. If you create a decal or have the file to do it/means of printing, I would definitely be into it. Wish I could take a pick for you, but I don't have a full size upright any longer.

Mine is far from perfect and up close you can see where i masked off the art but here is a high res picture anyways if it will help. If you want me pm me your email address and i'll email them to you as i took a bunch today.

The best thing here would be to have someone take it off and put it directly onto a scanner for you. Then you don't have to worry about angles being off when the picture was taken.

Jeff, thanks alot, those are awesome and should work perfectly! Braido, if you get the chance to scan yours, that would be perfect for getting the angle fixed on these. I will get this vectorized at work this week, and then make it available to anyone else who needs it...

Thanks again guys!

I've got the picture digitized, and I think I got the aspect right, even without using a direct scan. I'm thinking of printing it white on black matte vinyl. I could print it black on a white vinyl for a more satin black look, the only problem is there would be abit of a seam where the passes of the thermal ribbon overlap. My hope is to make it big enough to wrap the whole CP, not just the front. Anyone have anyone have any opinions on this? My CP is still in the postal system somewhere, so I have plenty of time to play with this and make it look good.

If anyone wants an .Ai file of this, let me know and I'll send it to you.

Edit: I have since fixed the bottom and side "Maze lines" so they stretch all the way to the edges. If anyone spots any other mistakes, let me know and I'll make the changes...

That looks great, not sure about a full wrap? Would Probably ok with the control panel overlay on the full wrap as well?

Yeah, mines getting a new CPO, so the wrap works for me. I could make the file both ways, one that just covers the front, for people who just want that part and not the whole wrap...
