A $10,000 computer space!

so what if it was in the movie!!! who freaking cares, like its worth more or something cause it was in a movie ...(NOT)... Some poeple will do anything to make it sound worth more then it already is....

just like jon voight's car.................seinfeld, get it?

Pretty hard to be serious when he can't even spell serious

Andrew

"seriouse", I think that might be French. That CL seller is hugely entertaining. Forget about his god awful grammar or lack of it, the fact he/she's basing the price solely on the assumption it might a pre-production model and used in a movie is laughable.

"Well, I think this napkin was used to wipe Angelina Jolie's ass. It has a skid mark on it. I'm waiting to get it confirmed but for now will list the price as if it is." Sounds like a greedy retailer who's struggling to survive in the hobby business. Desperate times..... I doubt we'll see much of this person within a year or two max.

10 only made? I doubt that very seriously considering I've owned 2.

Well, we all know you're special Callan. :D Mr. Hendricks...great to see you posting on the forum, been a long time since I've seen you around these here parts.

I still remember when you got to those two Bega's Battle dedicated cabinets before me, I think around 1996/1997. Feels like yesterday.... Good times. :D

If an item can be proven to be an actual item that was in the movie (can be seen IN the movie) it can certainly add to the value of something for collectors of the MOVIE memorabilia. Doesn't mean jack-crap to someone collecting a video game.

Viewable in two weeks? Jeez.

I created an ad on that houston cl. Listed his phone number in the casual encounters area. "Looking for a man who can quench my thirst. I like to be called Razor. Not looking for anything seriouse."

Someone e-mail him and ask if Jaws himself signed it....

yeah,I talked to this guy once he's only been into games for a couple month's say's he got a game in trade on an r/c car or something and started from there. His primary business is r/c's in his hobby shop so yeah I agree he wont be around very long.

I was there at his rc shop when he won the auction on this machine. I don't know exactly how much he paid, but it sounded like it was around $1500 for it. He's got an interesting array of machines, but wants way too much for them. He said his plan is to get a more organized arcade group in the Houston area, so we will see how that goes...

did you see the SI he keeps posting for $100.00? whats the deal with that one?

A more organized group? Guy sounds like a clown to me. I don't like clowns.

Also sounds like an opportunist type move... he owns a hobby shop, is now suddenly into buying/selling games. His agenda sounds as if its solely to buy and sell not giving a rats ass about collecting games. Creating a group that's 'better' not only sounds arrogant but add that he's a retailer, just smells like narcissistic soup.
