90% Restored Galaga Cabaret - PICS ADDED

Selling my restored Galaga cabaret, it is just sitting here and gets almost no attention nowadays. I stripped this machine completely about a year or so ago and started to restore it from the bottom up. I say it is 90% complete because it still needs a marquee and the coin door restored. I was holding out for a NOS marquee but was never able to find one. As for the coin door I liked the wear on it and decided later on to keep it original. Two bits has a repro marquee, it is $89.99 shipped.

The PCB is all original but will reset from time to time. I have not tried to trouble shoot it further than checking the voltage. I have always ran it with the filter board, not sure if it would help to remove it.

NEW PARTS

- Wilsonart Laminate
- Happ Power Supply (Original included also)
- ArcadeShop Galaga Power Supply Conversion Kit
- Buttons
- Two Bits overlay
- Speaker Grill
- Speaker
- Paint
- Molex PCB Edge Connector
- Leather T molding
All of the metal parts except for the joystick have been powdercated either black or silver.
Cap Kit Installed

UNRESTORED OR MISSING PARTS

- Coin door and mechs
- Bezel (has flaking)
- PCB (Have a PCB cap kit from Bob Roberts)
- Marquee (Missing)

I am heading out for a birthday party here shortly, but can get more detailed pics if there is any interest. Make me an offer.

Nice looking game. Can you point me towards the laminate you used? It looks great and I have a Pac cabaret that needs new sides. It would be nice to get a good match for the original woodgrain.

Man, what a great looking cabaret. Puts mine to shame. I hope it goes to someone who will appreciate the excellent work you put into it.
