I got this game from a referral from an old friend of mine.
Backglass is excellent.
Playfield is nice with a little wear around the center lower insert, and a little wear where the ball kicks out onto the playfield at the top (common). There's some ball swirl mostly on the left side of the playfield in the yellow - that color shows ball swirl worse than most. The ball swirl and the rest of the playfield should clean up good when the game is shopped/restored.
Cabinet - there's some nicks and scrapes common to games from this era but it looks good.
Paperwork includes schematic, manual, and some extra score cards.
Here's what I know:
When you start a game the score reels reset and the score motor runs but it won't go to ball 1. The game never goes to game over. If you push the ball out of the outhole into the shooter lane you can play that ball even though the ball count doesn't register the ball. All the head and playfield lights are working fine along with all of the playfield components (targets, rollovers, kick-out hole, flippers, pop-bumpers, etc.) - everything on the playfield works and scores correctly. At the end of the ball the bonus counts down correctly and the ball just stays in the outhole.
