It's hard to say, i personally believe that most 720 collectors want an original cabinet, not a remake or scratch build.
I think for many it's more than just the game itself, it's also the history.
IMO, the remade one is worth less than an original. So for price i would say the sum of it's dedicated parts.
As for the full restore, again, i think you need the right buyer, i don't tend to buy other people's restorations, it's not that i don't appreciate the work, it's just that A. I prefer games like 720 as original as possible (or sensible) and B. If i buy a game and it needs no work it kinda takes the fun out of it.
A decent players condition 720 my guess is worth $2500-$3000 so you can go from there.
That second one famicon listed looks all sorts of wrong when it comes to the back. I'm pretty sure they were all black in the back and the monitor chassis hole was small. Kinda looks like the whole thing was just painted in it's entirety including the step. Which wouldn't bother me at a players condition price, but at a restored price i think it needs the TOG vinyl kit.
