I'm making a reproduction of the black cardboard bezel for the 720 cabinet. It's on a heavy matte board/cardboard, with a matte sheen. This matches my original, cut for cut, including the razor cut relief lines for the folds. Same as the original, it's 2 pieces, which you can assemble with double sided tape, which I will include.

I have some pictures below of what you would receive, next to the original pieces. I used this in my restoration and I am picky! I think anyone would think it's a more than suitable replacement.

$40/shipped within cont. U.S., shipped USPS Priority. My paypal id is [email protected]

Thanks-

Looks beautiful. Just curious...are you doing these by hand?

Yes, by hand. I change out the razor with every one and use a metal cabinet rule. Have been able to get very consistent results this way. Sure, it would be nice to have them cut like the factory did, but I doubt there will ever be demand, so this is a good replacement if you need one!

These look very cool.

Any chance you're doing ones for Toobin'?

I have a Toobin. I will look next time I'm out and see if I can find a match, but I don't think I've seen something that's close to that blue. I'm thinking that for my Centipede I will find something very close and perhaps that would also work for Toobin. Black is easy to match, colors probably not so much, as they were probably screen printed.

Cool. If you do find anything close, I'd definitely be in for one!

If you just need a sharp, blue Toobin bezel and not necessarily a bang on match for the color and sheen, then I'm sure I can do something.

I can also do Tempest and Paperboy/Super Sprint. Possibly Lunar Lander soon, if it's confirmed that it matches Asteroids in cuts/shape.

Cool. Mine looks so bad that I'd be happy if I could get a new one, even if it's a shade or two off. I'd just want it to be in the ballpark so it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb. There are multiple shades of blue on the side art and panel, so I'd think there's a range of blues that would work that wouldn't stand out at all unless it was side by side with an original.

Thanks!

I'll go to Hobby Lobby or Michael's this week and hope to pick up the closest color match I can find. I don't think I've ever removed the bezel from mine, but it shouldn't be too much trouble.

I found a blue matte board (white core) tonight that is slightly brighter in color, but I think it will look awesome for the Toobin bezel. PM sent.
