I wish there was a way to watch on justintv without the idiots chatting. Funny how those guys are calling everyone at the Kong Off a nerd, and making fun of how there's no "chicks" there, and it never dawns on them that they spent their Friday night and entire Saturday on the internet doing something even more nerdy than being at the Kong Off.

That is sooooooo funny. I never thought about it that way. Anyhow, I think if you go to Richie's site (not the Kong Off site) you can watch all the players screens. They have live feed on each bezel.

The early DK's were converted from red Radarscope (which was a flop here in the US) cabs, and the boardsets had a "bug" where you could sit at the top of a ladder and the barrels wouldn't come down. This also happens on the Japanese boardsets (and Crazy Kong). Most were fixed, as Nintendo offered an upgrade kit to replace those ROM's.

They had 2 red ones. One was just in the back, and the second one was being used as a $40 buy-in machine. They also had a $20 buy-in cocktail.
