Long story short I came across an old 1945 Striker video game at an auction. As it turns out it was originally a centipede game. Recently we've been having some problems with the game not fully coming on. The power is on inside inside the unit and there was power to the monitor. There was an electronic low voltage power supply added by someone and is connected in series with the monitor power feed via the old isolation transformer. The problem that i was having is the monitor would power up but the other electronic power supply would not. With no documentation and my head up my rear I bypassed the isolation transformer. Once I turned on the power there was a flash from one of the boards on the 69X monitor modules. Now the monitor doesn't work.

What normally blows when it's powered without the isolation transformer?

As far as I can tell it a Wells-Gardner 4600 series

well, the fuse, the rectifying diodes (maybe not all), the voltage regulator (mounted on the left wall) - that might be it. Some or all of those are probably bad. It's possible you lost other stuff, too, like a cap, resistor, HOT (horizontal output transistor mounted on the right wall), too, but start with the power stuff...
