Hopefully this forum works, I didn't see a specific pinball repair and help forum...

I purchased a 6264 for my Tales of the Arabian Nights pinball and after installing it the game wouldn't post, it flashed error with the memory test, I then swapped back the ram chip and it posted fine. I did check and my TOTAN should use the 6264 and not the 62256 I tried to reach out (via their Contact US page on their web site) to Pinball Electronics where I purchase from and haven't heard from them for several weeks. Does anyone know how I can get a hold of them? Do they have a phone number?

Thanks, Mike

WPC-95 CPU boards didn't come from the factory with sockets for the RAM so I'm assuming your board has had a past repair. Just to be clear; did you remove a 6264 and replace it with a 6264? Williams used a mixture of 6264 (8K) and 62256 (32k) Static RAM ICs on late WPC CPU boards due to availability (or non-availability) of chips.

I did the work to unsolder the chip and add a socket. And the chip I removed is what I put into the socket instead of the bad 6264.
