I've searched high and low without much solid information...

Does anyone know the original screw sizes for the 6100 chassis bolts? Specifically to 3 bolts that hold down the HV cage, the 2 grounding bolts & the two that retain the deflection board... The HV & grounding points look to be flanged bolts and the deflection sheet metal bolts? But what sizes?

I have a handful of monitors all missing various bolts or using a mis-match collection of sizes & lengths. I'd like to get all of them replaced with the correct and original sizes/types.

I found this thread

I wondered the same thing.
I asked the same question once and I think it was 6/32 x 3/8

Please DYOR as I have no concept of US sizing, we have metric here overseas.

Could be these??

Thanks Dex. I ordered a few 6-32 & 8-32 (as mdeslaur suggested) and we'll see which works. BoltDepot had some as well and I ordered a few from there as well.

Now to track down that deflection bolt...

I'll report my results back as soon as I get them! Thanks gang!

Pretty much any wood screw or pointed sheet metal screw will work for the deflection board. It just screws into the bottom of the plastic standoff, so as long as it's close to the original thickness, it will work.

Sorry I don't know the exact size for the smaller screws, but definitely do post when you confirm it.
