Okay after trying 3 different chassis 2 different yokes and countless daughter boards this is the best I can get, the only thing I didn't try changing is the monitor it's self. I guess it could be a convergence issue but it repeated itself exactly the same after the yoke change. I have the wires hooked up top set red, green, blue second set ground, sync I tried as another member suggested looping the sync together on the second set that causes even more funkiness. Is my monitor bad or is this how all 4600 look like? When I use a different game I'm able to move these crazy lines out of the way and it looks right, but on the 60 in 1 it's right there where you see it. There is also a slight curve in the picture. I have tried every adjustment I can find with no luck.

It's normal for a 60 in 1 to have a bit of a curl to the right side of the screen... the video signal it puts out isn't the greatest.

What exactly is your monitor doing? I assume it's just distorted somehow? I don't understand from your description what's going on. Can you take a photograph of the screen?

Looks fine to me. You might not be able to get rid of that extra scan line on the side - it's pretty typical of a 60-in-1 on an older monitor. Remember, the 60-in-1 is a cheap, bootleg knockoff board. It does NOT produce a very good video signal in comparison to most other game boards. Try another JAMMA board, and see if the problem persists.

Yes I did

I did try it on other games it's still there even with no game hooked up. most games the screen is big enough its not viewable. So I was not sure if this is a problem or if all 4600 do this.
