I've finally gotten around to the 60 in 1 project and have only 1 real issue.

How the h#ll do you adjust the volume.

I've tried using a test and service switch option but only get 2 screens and nothing to do with volume control.

1st screen is a test screen 2nd screen is a button test page etc.

The instructions that come with it don't help me much.

Thanks for your time.

It's exactly 60 pages from what you described.

Go thorugh the game list, it's the second to last screen. Hit P1 (I believe) to save settings.

If I recall there is also a pot on the PCB that'll let you do it without entering the test menu. You may need a philips head screwdriver to adjust it. Anyway just letting you know for future reference if you ever decide to adjust it again.

It sounds to me that your only entering the service menu and not the test menu. The service menu only has two screens - the color grid and the input test. The test menu has 63 other screens between those two.

If you don't have a button connected to the test position on the JAMMA harness, there are two ways to adjust the volume (assuming you don't already have a volume control inside the coin door):

1) Turn on Dip Switch #4 on the PCB, then turn the game on. it will automatically boot to the test menu. follow the instructions at the bottom of the screen to advance through the menus to the volume adjust screen (64th screen) and then adjust the volume with the joystick. the song playing will be a little softer than the actual game sounds, so set it accordingly. Press Player 1 Start when it is set to save. It will say "Setup OK" on the screen to let you know it is saved. Turn the game off, turn off Dip Switch #4, turn the game on and it will now have the new volume setting.

2) Adjust the small orange pot on the PCB....
