So I was swapping boards and adapters in a rush and made a rookie mistake and burned up my first PCB, (luckily it wasn't anything good - just a 60-in-1).

Anyway, I saw the transistor (?) in the top right of the picture start glowing red hot and immediately a puff or two of smoke so I quickly cut the power, then realized I put +12 on the +5 and +5 on the ground. I think from the smell that the chip in the lower left on the heat sink burned out too. My question is is there anyone who knows the path of the voltage on these and can tell me if when it hit those two spots and burned did the damage stop there? Can I replace those components and bring this back to life?

When I wired it back up correctly all three leds light up and stay lit and I get no picture or sound.

Good call, I looked up the number on the IC and it is a voltage regulator. Hopefully it stopped the over voltage and protected the board. They look like they run like $.10 a piece, so it's worth a shot!

And the top Right looks like a Voltage Regulator, but I can not be 100% sure

I thought I'd throw an update for posterity's sake.

I ordered the APL1117-33 1A Low Dropout Fast Response chip on eBay from Taiwan for $1 (+ $2 shipping). I replaced it and the board fired right up! The amp survived even though it smelled bad, so I was out a total of $3 to get this board fixed. I played a few games and ran the PCB in my test rig for about an hour with no problems. So if you manage to burn up a 60-1, it's not a big deal to fix.
