I've got 2 non working 60 in 1 boards, one brand new. The new one is a blee. LEDs 1,2,and 3 strobe constantly. Led 4 is green. No video. The other looks like a bit earlier version. Same 123 leds, but no strobing. 1 is red, #2 is green, 3 is yellow. #4 is green( on both boards) Voltages dead on, 2 different power supplies. Any ideas? Thanks

Check the manual about setting these to the correct display frequency.
One of the dips will switch between VGA (31Khz) and CGA (15Khz).
If the frequency doesn't match what you monitor can handle the display will be blank.

they are cheap buy another one. if you live near NE ohio i have one you can have for free
