Looking for an online version for the version with 8 dipswitchs.
Just picked up and it did not fire out of the box, so I want to be sure I have the dips correct.
What should they be be set to for vga and cga.
I can't get it to sync with my cga monitor, no music no nothing, just a white flickering screen, the 48 in 1 runs fine in this cab.
It's a pac cab with a lizard lick pac cab to jamma converter.
Thanks

dip switch 1= screen orientation

dip switch 2 off cga-15.75khz
dip switch 2 on vga-31.5khz

dip switch 3 high score enabled or disabled

dip 4 on= test mode or normal

the other 4 dont do anything as far as I know

djw90 is correct.

dips 5-8 are not used.

if its a regualr ol cga tube then only turn on DIP 3 for hi score saver.

but i believe there was a member a few months ago that had a couple of issues doing the same conversion with the lizardlick adaptor.

Why do people use this adapter with 48 or 60 in ones??
I can understand when putting a standard jamma board in a Pac cab since you need power.
But the multi-boards have a molex connector for power!!

Here is a previous post about adapters...
But how about this one. Its $42 less, Only $18 ( the only difference I see, is it uses a computer PowerSupply to power the JammaBoard. You can easily get an AT or ATX computer supply for the $42, I get all mine free from people getting rid of old computers) It also has a molex connector to connect Player 1 buttons OR jumpers to use the 2 Start buttons.

Product Details:
The JAMMA PCB to Pacman / Ms. Pacman Cabinet adapter will properly and safely allow the use of JAMMA PCBs into an existing Pacman / Ms. Pacman stand-up cabinet or cocktail table. This is an excellent choice for installing a multigame JAMMA PCB (such as the 60-in-1 PCB) into a Pacman cabinet. The built in shooter button jumper feature allows the cabinets Player 1 and 2 START buttons to also work as the Player 1 buttons 1 and 2 which is a perfect solution for installing a 60-in-1 PCB WITHOUT having to install new buttons in the control panel (this feature can be enabled or disabled depending upon the jumpers installed).

All other additional benefits and features are listed below:
* Converts JAMMA PCB signals to properly work in a Pacman/Ms Pacman wired cabinet.
* Can be used with either a switching power supply or standard computer ATX power supply.
* Player 1 and 2 START buttons can also be used at Player 1 Shooter buttons.
* Cabinet TEST switch will initiate 'TEST' function on JAMMA PCB.
* Cabinet Credit Switch will work as JAMMA 'Service' function (which usually acts as JAMMA credit switch also).
* Simple design allows this adapter to easily be placed in-line between your JAMMA connector and your Pac / Ms Pac 44-pin connector.
* Optional Player 1 / 2 Buttons can be connect through directly soldering to adapter PCB or through J1 Molex connector.

Important Note: JAMMA PCBs are unable to properly use the original Pacman / Ms Pacman type power supply. Either a switching power supply or ATX power supply must be used with this adapter to properly power the installed JAMMA PCB. The ATX power supply can be optionally added to your order below.

Saw in your other thread that you were planning on getting a 60-in-1.

Here is a picture of me testing the above adapter before taking to my brothers (but since the 60-in-1 has a Molex power connector on it, you could use the even older Jamma-Pac adapter and just hook the power to the 60-in-1 board. I have it connected to the adapter in my pictures to test that the adapter really does power any Jamma board)

The "jumpers" to player 1&2 starts work GREAT with no addition wiring!!

EDIT: In the pictures I am testing with an older 48-in-1 board that I am giving my brother. Didn't want to get corrected. But its basically the same as the 60-in-1 boards except the 60-in-1 has a connector to hook up a trackball to.
