60-in-1 board issue or monitor issue?

I do not have another regular arcade monitor. Anything else I could try? What would cause extra white pixels or single line streaks to show up on the screen? Some of the pixels flicker on and off. This only happens in the Menu screen where the background is black. I took a short video of this that you can see here:

Notice that the game is almost all black and you can't even tell what the game looks like until you scroll over it.

I guess the best route would be to just put in a 19" CRT computer monitor and call it a day.

Is the 60-1 the same as the 48-1 as there is a switch to use vga or standard output? If so check the switch dipswitch 2. If you were able to plug a computer monitor in it and it looked good then perhaps the switch is in the wrong position for the arcade monitor. - Barry

When I hooked it up to the computer monitor i changed the DIP switch setting. It was set to the right position when hooked up to my arcade monitor.
