Hi guys,
I installed my new Lizard Lick 60 in 1 board and I'm trying to hook up the jump button to the start button. Player 1 and 2 start buttons have 2 prongs and a ground prong. I have the player 1 start button hooked up to one prong and the jump button hooked up the the second prong. When I hook up the player 1 start button and the jump button it will work 2 different ways. One way for example in Donkey Kong when you push the button he jumps (which is correct), but with this way it won't let me start a game until I hit the start button like 20 times. The other way is the when you push the button to jump he won't jump until it's released. With this way I can start games properly. My question is should I just splice and solder the player 1 start wire and the jump/fire wire to the same prong or am I completely crazy? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Troy

Depending on whether you have an original Ms. Pac button (two prongs) or a new button with new switch (three prongs) will determine how you do this.

TWO PRONG: Wire the start and jump button to the same prong, and the ground to the other prong.

THREE PRONG: Wire the start and jump button to the bent prong on top of the switch. Wire the ground wire to the middle prong....

Thanks! I wired it this morning and it works perfectly now. Thanks for your help!
