Has anybody confirmed that the King of Air pcb is actually CGA capable? I ordered one from another vendor, but found that the video out lines on the JAMMA connector weren't even connected to anything.
There are 2 versions of the board....vga only (what you have) and a cga/vga capable board. There is a review by one of our members of both versions of the board here: http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=364213 so it is confirmed that there are 2 versions and 1 is cga.
Yea, I know there's 2 versions. I just want to make sure what's being sold here is truly the CGA capable as it seems there is no outward way to identify which version is which.
Mine should be here soon so I will let you know.

That would be awesome! Thanks much!!
Got my King of Air in today. It works fine in cga and all the games loaded up just fine (I had read some people had issues with a couple games). All in all, it seems like a pretty decent set-up. I always wanted to get the multiboards to get some of the desirable SHMUPS on them, but hated all the other "fluff" so this is very nice to have nothing but shooters.
