So I have a 60-1 board that works perfect in my magic sword cabinet with my brand new happ monitor. but for some reason when I place it into my capcom bowling machine with a wg monitor the left hand side of the screen keeps curling. any ideas why? the monitor has no burn and works flawless with my capcom bowling so im miffed.

1) Can you adjust the curl out with the hold pot? It's not uncommon to have to do this when swapping PCB's.

2) Depending on the WG model, some require the negative vertical sync wire to be connected, and some require it NOT to be connected...

will check the wire sunday but to answer #1 no cant adjust it out because when I try the damn picture scrolls all over the place!

Let's see a pic. And for a 4900, the vertical sync wire should NOT be hooked up...

I posted a pic before and you tried to help me with it before. :) I'll try to post it again later. I tried it with vert sync, the other sync, and both, with no noticable difference IIRC.

I think I know what you're talking about. I seen this with defender games that came with the 4900. There is a little coil (silver block with gray, sometimes red, flat head screw looking thing in the inside) it's on your sync card. Turning it a little at a time and see if it helps. You may have to turn off the monitor and adj. outside the monitor. Juts remember which way you turned it. If it gets worse turn it the other way.
