6-n-1 Multi-Qbert PCB For Sale $175.00 obo

I wasn't answering emails because I am 1)a procrastinator and don't check stuff often and 2) I made an A$$ of myself assuming everything was okay. I have 100% confidence in Bob Anderson and I know he didn't destroy the board when he mailed it to me. With all that aside the point still remains...he won his claim got his money back, why didn't he ship the board back....thats all I'm asking...
 
Seriously guys, this dates back to the beginning of October. It's almost December! I sent several pms here on the forum, emails to his personal email , and finally gave up after never getting a responce and finally did the paypal claim. Then paypal sent emails, waited the couple weeks, and they gave up and i won the claim. The facts are you told me the kit was brand new and it wasn't brand new. First lie. Even the capacitor was broke. Second you havn't checked your emails or private messages here on the forums from me or paypal in almost 8 weeks. Since you refused to respond i didn't know what else to do. I ordered new parts and new capacitors for it to get it back to square one and make some restitution for my time, claims, calls to paypal, parts i had to track down, etc. Obviously after paypal couldn't get you to respond what else could i do? Now today your upset cause i didn't respond to your pm today. I'm not against mailing the kit back but i want something for my parts i ordered and shipping etc. What do you guys think? also the pictures speak for themselves.
@smalltownguy2 -- I agree...I havent been the fastest most reliable guy in the community but I always tried to make things square...but this guy won't return my emails or my calls. And if you got a refund...why would you keep the kit?
 
First off, I'm not upset...the point still remains...YOU HAD MY ADDRESS!!! You got your money back you should have mailed the board back out. Why would you fix something you claim was toast? And I emailed you last week when I found out. If someone sold me something defective and i got my money back...I would simply return the item with a delivery confirmation and be done with it...but to resell it seems shady dude...but its all good...I have tried calling you multiple times with no response....
 
Feel free to call me...we can work this out like adults....I didn't mean to send you a broken board, if thats what your saying...i'm not about to argue over a forum board...I'm sure we can come to a resolution that satisfies both parties...my number is the 678 number that keeps popping up in ur cell
