Hello,
I have a 6 in 1 installed in a Midway cabinet. Originally the 6-1 was from years ago when you had to mod it for MK games. I never heard an audio pop when changing sources or during games. I converted it to a MAME cab, and after many years decided to make this one back to dedicated with switcher and use another for MAME. I grabbed one of the newer switchers which uses holding both START buttons instead of a remote. I get popping sounds during the switching of games, and during some louder sound affects and had some questions.
1 - this is just damaging the speaker or potentially harming the boards and monitor as well?
2 - Is this more likely and issue with the speaker wiring or potentially something with the switcher?
