Well, got mine all hooked up and it pretty much works without issue. Maybe I got luck and got a good one?

I still have to test out some things, but had an unexpected out of town trip pop up, so I won't be doing anything with this until Tuesday at the earliest.

I'm assuming you already opened a "ticket" with them to get their feedback?

I wanted to do more testing before opening a ticket, but I think that's my next step.

Are you getting the power on lights on the switcher as you toggle through each of the boards?

Nope. None of the LEDs get lit.

As strange as this sounds I had the exact same issue. I pulled the boards and reseated them and they worked fine. Also if you use JAMMA extension harnesses, you will run into issues...Or at least I did along with others.

I tried it tonight without any extensions, and ran into the same issue.

Time to see how their CS is.

I lost all hope on mine. the 2nd slot is trying to go out again. It's showing the game all purple and wavey. When I first got it, it didn't work at all. Then I sent it in, and then got it sent back and still have problems. They are cheap Chinese crap!

Yea I bought one of these "Gems" and only slot 1 thru 3 work, as the relays on 4 thru 6 kept blowing....they would work for a while then then wouldn't work and fry. I tried to get help through Jammaboards and I asked if he has any extra relays to sell me, and he basically told me that he didn't as he needed any of the extra relays he had to fix the ones that were coming in from china brand new that weren't working.....so here i sit with a 3 in 1 instead....im not impressed with the quality and just waiting for the day the rest decide to die. So anyone that has theres still working, I am truly happy for you and hope that it continues to do so for a long time.
