Hey all well in my area there is a decent looking Road Blasters cockpit for sale. The picture is only of one side and it looks very good.

Owners description:
I need this game gone so I have lowered the price to $50 cash.. Full size sit down arcade color Atari Road Blasters game, used to work lots of fun 'Needs work" first cash of Only $50 bucks takes this game so Bring a truck and a strong friend "No texts or emails" Simply call me at.....

Was thinking of getting it, pulling out the monitor and such for it to sit in the cold garage until spring so I can work on it. IS IT WORTH ALL THAT FOR $50????

$50 is a joke. Go buy it.

Roadblasters is the cheapest "kit" game from the System 1 library. Parts ARE cheap.

Watch out for water damage on the bottom. I don't believe these cabs had huge caster feet like PP.

50??????

50 dollars for any game you want, working or not is a good buy in my opinion. expecially for somthing as cool as that. I would already be in my garage if i were closer. send pics of the whole thing once you get it,.

I would say it is a pretty good deal, but don't expect to flip it for a lot of money. I have seen a few of them for $100 or less. They are just too big to attract a large audience. If I remember right, the board is different than the stand up, so it is not compatible with the other System 1 games.

If you like the game and have the space for it, go get it. As far as bang for the buck, you will probably never do better than this.

Well thanks guys, Kidvid @ $40 lol.....I honestly dont have the room, and I have never played the game a lot but I do love the cockpits, and I was thinking as well at $50 what the hell....I just had to ask cause I havent played it that much and wasnt sure if it was a worth it game or not...

Hi Jake,
Road Blasters is fun and my wife actually loves this game. I think your kids will like playing it in the cockpit cab as well. I'd go get it for $50, plus like another person already said parts for Road Blasters are cheap and easy to find. Happy Holidays dude!

Thanks Dean, and yea they already love the cockpit Sega Monaco GP. I think I'll make the phone call. My only thing is somewhat stripping it due to the very cold garage, that along with no room anywhere.

Killer deal! Hopefully the fresnel screen has not been damaged..

I don't think you could convert it to any other system 1 game. I think it uses a custom double stacked board not the normal system 1 pcb..

Make a custom Indiana Jones cockpit..

Heh, I was thinking the same thing. That or like Steve W said..either one would be awesome :D I don't know if this one is convertible like the upright though. I would tend to doubt it.
