$50 For a working Asteroids???

Just had to tell myself "it's only $50" :)

Of course the guy who I bought it from told me "It worked before we brought it here but then..."

I actually got a game in right after getting it out of the truck...Lol....


Anyone have an idea what the blue wire hanging off the pcb is supposed to be?

There are plenty of parts. 50 bucks is way too cheap! you stole that machine.
 
Great deal on a great game! Plan on keeping or selling it?

Def a keeper :)

It ranks very high on my list of vector games...maybe even #1 as this was one that I played most frequently as a youngster.
 
The game plays well, would it bother anything if I just took it off?

I would leave it alone if it works well.
You could pull the schematics and find out why it was installed if your interested.

If it really bothers you, I'd be happy to pay you $50 to take it off your hands!
