Ironic, so far, Satan's Hollow gets no love, yet it is a game that is featured heavily in one of the few full length movies that centers around an 'actual' arcade. In my experience, EVERYBODY tries Satan's Hollow at least once because of how it looks, but rarely do they coin it up a second time.

Ironic, so far, Satan's Hollow gets no love, yet it is a game that is featured heavily in one of the few full length movies that centers around an 'actual' arcade. In my experience, EVERYBODY tries Satan's Hollow at least once because of how it looks, but rarely do they coin it up a second time.

Last time I played it was at CAX '09. The game is mediocre at best and you're right, I only coined up once and moved on. I'm sure it gets more challenging as you go along, but it just plays like Galaga but is not as good of a game.

It's one of those games that is more famous for its cab art than the actual game itself. Ex. Tron.

For part 1, it would have been Berzerk for me (since I own Tempest and can play it anytime I want and I don't own a Berzerk).

For part 2, it'd have to be Donkey Kong...even though I own one I'm not a big fan of any of the others.

I have never played it but have heard of the undying loyalty for the game that collectors have for it. Plus I've played all the other ones. I would say I have a curiosity for the game but I don't know if that is a safe choice of words here.
