This came in my pacman cab. Fuse was blown and hot was shorted. Recapped monitor and replaced hot but monitor still blowing fuse. I checked the 4 main resistors and installed a known working flyback from another machine and still blowing fuse. Any suggestions

I'm quite curious which are "the 4 main resistors" in a K4600...

You have an isolation xformer between the line and this monitor?? Not using one can blow diodes (one or more of the bridge rectifier diodes). Check those diodes for shorts, even if you do have an iso.

Have you unplugged the degaussing coil to make sure it's not shorted??

This is now fixed. I turned on the the monitor with the new hot i had installed but with the original flyback and must of shorted it .I checked the hot for shorts before installing the known working flyback but the hot did not test shorted. I replaced the hot anyway and it now works. This is the first 4600 i tried to repair and it had a bad flyback. What are the odds of that. Everyone says they never go bad and its just my luck my first one is bad.
