42 new entries tonight, 41 of them KLOV videogame entries..

It's interesting to see how far behind they were in 1982 compaired to the USA as far as game play and cabinet design. That cabinet design and joystick controler looks like something from the early 70's from the USA.

Well, the game's obviously not very good for when it came out.... but if you imagine it being earlier than it is, it's actually sort of enjoyable - I coulda seen myself putting a few quarters in there.

By USSR standards, circa 1982, I'm sure it was quite nice.

Now we just need to get some of the North Korean arcade games into KLOV.

The most interesting one (in my opinion) is a Russian game:

The rest were mostly obscure titles from the 1970s and a few 2005-present entries...

How about a list of all the games added so we don't have to go searching thru the database trying to figure it out? No need to provide links. just the names...

Oh how I wish I could add Zeke's/ICB to my VAPS want list, and search for other owners who might have one for sale. :(

That's not practical at the moment...sorry. The reason will become obvious because of a post I'm planning on a tad later.

Were Ice cold Beer, and Zeke's Peak added???

Ice Cold Beer was in the database, Zeke's was not... it's coming soon.

Interesting how many people are into Zeke's....

I know Karl (Fulthrottle) had a list of people who asked for this to be added. Wonder if they considered it?

Ditto...

Ice Cold Beer is listed: http://www.arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?game_id=10592
The problem is you can't add it to your VAPS. If you try you get this error message: "Currently only Videogames or Pinball Machines can be added - Record Addition Cancelled"

Zeke's is not listed on KLOV at all.

There were a variety of reasons for this, and it was intentional. Likely to change soon...real soon...

I really like the russian EM submarine game....kind of like sea wolf but way cooler IMHO....if I got one of those I think I would get a custom Red October marquee made for it.

Very nice. Any news on when member-submitted photos, tech info, etc will be ready to be accepted (and actually updated)?

A lot of it will roll in hopefully over the next few months. Other than some relatively minor cleanup, the next big push won't be until late mid to late February. In the meantime, I'm likely to ask for specific help from people addressing parts of the system (ie: this is a great time to vote on pinball records still in the system though I imagine almost all in there will be duplicates).

Regarding photos... several hundred have been recently accepted, I just didn't make any announcement about it (you can see the recent log on the bottom left of the arcade-museum.com home page). Generally, photos need to get sent out to an image cropper before going online. I want to change the system so that once a photo is approved but still needs to get cropped that it goes online immediately and simply gets replaced when a cropped version is ready. Then at least something is online and people have a little faster gratification that their uploads have been dealt with.
