Sorry to be a debbie downer, but also having a problem with Gush aka Brett.

I bought a HS drive from him which he advertised as brand new and linked to another site showing the product in question. He said he paid $300 for it. It was supposed to be a NEW 1.5TB drive. Instead I received a certified repaired 500GB drive and not the same product he said it was supposed to be. This after a lengthy delay in shipping albeit part of that affected by the recent storms.

He has not responded to any messages, email or vmail that I have left for him and he has logged on here so he would have had to have seen them.

All I want is a simple refund since it is NOT the product he described.

Update: No response, decided to call and call again this morning. He finally picked up. Indicated there must have been a mixup from another drive he sold last month. One was 500GB the other 1.5TB, said the other guy got the 1.5TB drive and hadn't heard back from him.

Ok, well didn't see any other ads for a HS drive. Just a "Wanted: HS Drive" ad in april. Could have sold it elsewhere I suppose....

Said he would issue refund upon receiving the drive back...will update when refund is received.

Interested in Street Fighter 2. Also, Is it a Soul Calibur (rather than Soul Edge) that you have? I was looking through the pictures and noticed that there was only a Soul Calibur... I'm looking for Soul Calibur 2, but I noticed you had the marquee for SC2. Do you happen to have SC2 laying around that you could put in the SC cab? If so, how much for SFII and SC?

I will be pulling SC2 from Wildwood, NJ next weekend unless you are closer and want to pick it up before hand there... Sorry I had 5 SC's but all were parted out about 2 months ago. I current;y just have a soul edge and old MD or SC converted cabs...

I met Brett during a game swap and he seems to be a stand up guy. I think he has a lot on his plate and reading this thread the problems don't surprise me for someone juggling 2 jobs.
