Certainly - depending upon the state they're in though, it may not be much. Remember that these can be used in System 3 through System 7 games, meaning they're of use to more machines, but also means there are more of these out there.
I've picked up non-working but complete driver boards for $10 each on several occasions - always nice to have one or two known-good ones around for when you need to get a new project up and running quickly.
My suggestions - keep a spare that's fixed up and known-good, keep another for parts, and then either sell the rest as-is, or repair them and sell them as tested/working (where they certainly bring more money, and give you practice troubleshooting/repairing the boards).
