I'll take on of the "Super" harnesses. Can I also get an extra dk control panel harness ?

No dumb questions. If your harness is fine then you really don't need to change it. If your harness is hacked or you want the ease of switching out pcbs quick then this is your automobile er harness.

Shouldn't be a problem. When these go "on sale" there should be a new topic about the specific details.
The main harnesses will all be the same. Very similiar to the 1st and 2nd run, just the addition of support for Mario Bros.
The main harness will work with existing DK and DKjunior control panel harnesses, If you are using it for Popeye, DK3 or Mario you will have to use the supplied control panel harness.
As Dave mentioned these will support the pp7a and pp7b power supplies only at this time, we have discussed an adapter for the Popeye power supply as well as a switcher adapter.
The price and availability of the adapters if made will be announced soon.
The Mario Bros control panel harness will work with the conversion kit and I am leaving extra length to make it compatable with the widebody. - Barry

The switcher mod will only be made by request, and will have an additional cost of $15.
It will be plug and play and will include an adapter to use a PP7A or PP7B at a later date if you wish.
It would be easy to just hack the power supply ends and slap U-shaped quick disconnects on a harness, but we are not willing to do that. There are roughly 19 wires going to a PP7A or PP7B power supply, and I personally do not like to tie that many wires together.
I will try to get a prototype done up so that we can provide pics of what the switcher mod will look like in case there is any confusion.

I would pay extra (a lot extra) for a harness that allowed DK and DK Jr. boards to be wired up at the sime time and switched by opening up the coin door and flipping a switch or something as opposed to swapping edge connectors. But I'll buy a harness regardless. Thanks guys for doing this again. Much appreciated.

What he said plus another connector for a DK 3 board also.
would buy lil more than "a lot extra" if it comes iwth remote to switch.. =)

We are currently ordering all of the needed parts and additional wire to make these. We will post up an official list shortly. (about a week or so) We will post payment and ordering instructions at that time.

Did a short and sweet blog post on Dave and Barry's first run of the harnesses. Need to get a few more photos (seeing I missed a coupld of them installed) however everything installed very easily and everything worked when I fired it back up.
