3rd run of Nintendo harnesses coming in November

Where these 75.00 last time? I was thinking about getting 3 when this run was coming up but i can'nt afford that now . :O(

They were less the last time. The new run includes a control panel harness as part of the deal to make it easier. It seems that it will be compatable with more games this time, just with different control panel harnesses. - Barry

Can you splice in 2 extra edge connectors, so I can hook up DK DKJR and DK3 with a switcher?
First 2 runs were $55 shipped and $20 shipped for the control panel harness. So, technically the price hasn't changed.
Thinking about something for too long usually leaves you out in the cold. I have seen a few different harnesses that we make change hands in trades and out right sales to other people.

when I needed to test a vs pcb in my popeye ct I compared the nintendo classic and vs pinouts, there is really nothing special about vs.
if you add a 2nd button for each player on the edge connector (there are pins for it) and cp harness, you could then make a very simple vs pcb adapter to use with your harness, if you can find the three pin berg connectors you could also make the vs gun harness.
that would be the ultimate nintendo harness.

Looking at the schematic, the Vs harness has 2 edge connectors with the control wiring on the second connector making it not easily compatable with the standard single edge connector harness.
A Vs harness may be way down the road. I am picking up a Popeye and Mario Bros boards tonight for testing. If it goes as it should we'll have a harness that will work with DK, DKJr, DK 3, Popeye and Mario Bros. Mario Bros would just have a different control panel harness.

The "Super" Nintendo harness will accept either a PP7A or PP7B power supply only.
We will make Popeye harnesses to order for use with the PP900 power supply.
The Mario Bros harness has been scrapped in favor of the "Super" Nintendo harness, which will run Mario Bros. just fine.

Would it be possible to make an option for switchers?
Basically just chop off the power connector and label all the voltage lines?
I want to run switching power supplies in both my machines.
Still in for 1 dk and 1 popeye.

this has probably already been said, but I was one of the lucky recipients of one of the first 20... it worked great, was designed and labeled well, and overall, I was very impressed with the quality.
