NEW 3D Printable Arcade Parts (thingiverse)

Anyone ever print neckboard covers to replace the hard fiber board that's usually ziptied to the neckboard? I have a few different monitors without them and I was thinking of printing a mesh one with studs to allow it to be screwed onto the neckboard. 3mm screws with a 5mm washer should be good enough for the mounting

Delusional had a good tip on his channel to save the waxy cardstock packing on takeout boxes, then cut them to size and use a craft hole punch for the holes.

the back cardboard from a legal pad is perfect for it.

I haven't posted the STL files yet, but I just finished designing and printing a simple enclosure for the arcade video to HDMI converter found here:

I posted my design files and STL's for those of you who asked about them. I still have some changes I'd like to make but not sure when I'll make the time.

What kind of glue would you used for these leaf switch holders printed out of pla?

I would think you wouldn't need to glue them together... The button and nut would hold them together when installed.

I was thinking the same but my spidey sense is telling me to glue them up so they would be like the originals. I bought some gorilla super glue but figured I would ask first. I guess I could test them out first and work from there.

BTW thank you to the designer! These replacements are spot on. I didn't adjust any setting in the new 4.9 Cura. Just download, install and slice.

Just uploaded my design of the Atari centerpiece for the SF Rush steering wheels.

Couldn't find any leaf switch holder designs that matched those that came on my Rockola control panel, so I made this the other day:

Anybody know of a 3D file for Atari coin door parts? Looking for the 99-10066 flap and 99-10061 coin door bezel. These are not the same parts as in the Thingverse link I posted in this thread a while back.

I printed out one of these today...works great. Not my design.

Has anyone made 3d printed enclosures for Jrok boards (or hell Namco System 11, you name it). I swap out boards often and as time has gone on (I guess because I started with Neo Geo), I dont really dig leaving them lying around bare board and all

I saw a post on the BitKit FB group page where someone had created a BitKit enclosure, haven't yet printed it myself though.

Edit:
Green PCB: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4613366
Red PCB: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4927551

I printed the Green version and it seems to fit my BitKit pretty well so far. Friction fits, the knob turns, and button clicks, haven't yet put it in a cabinet, but looks like it'll work great.

Also, being able to edit this post is awesome...

Alrighty, I'll have to check that out. I think I might have some old cad software somewhere and I'll start measuring the Jroks as google shows nil. A bitkit case though would definitely be high up on my priority list

GOTTTA PRINT.

Is there a case around for the 60-in-1 board? If there is I can't seem to find it.

Can easily make one, if not. I didn't know surrounding a PCB was a 'thing'...? o_O
